IO reveals investigation flaw regarding Noor Mukadam murder case
ISLAMABAD: During the court proceedings, The investigation officer (IO) recently revealed that the knife, which was used in the murder, did not have any fingerprints of accused Zahir Jaffer.
According to the police source, no bloodstains were found on the dress of zahir during his arrest. Besides, there are not any eyewitnesses who have come forward until now.
It was noticed that no statement of the guard and any neighbors were reported and (CCTV) camera footage was not even taken during a cross-examination except that of the forensic report. He was simply accused as Noor’s dead body was found from his house.
The case gets ambiguous with each passing day. Last week, after the thorough medical procedures and examination of psychiatrists, it was revealed by the doctors of Adiala Jail that the culprit zahir is medically fit and stable.
