Pait ka wazan kam krne k lye kiaa krain

Aap pait ko kam karne ke liye yeh tarike apna  saktay hain jo 100% Har insaan k lye must hain agar aap in ko apni daily routine  mein pabndi se kar lein.

Achi neend len:

Achi neend pait ko kam karne mein madad deti hai. Neend se hormon ghrelin ka level kam hota hai jo khana khane ki zaroorat zyada kar deta hai.

Ghiza mein sufaid chaawal aur tarkariyan zyada len:

Sufaid chaawal aur tarkariyan pait ko kam karne mein madad deti hain kyun ke yeh fiber aur pani se bharpoor hoti hain jo pait ko bhara hua mehsoos nahi karwati.

Fruits aur sabziyon ka istemaal zyada karen:

Processed khane mein sodium hota hai jo pait ko bhara hua mehsoos karwata hai. Is liye processed khane se parhez karen.

Sote waqt khana na khayen:

Sote waqt khana khane se pait mein gas banne ki sambhavna zyada hoti hai. Is liye sote waqt khana na khayen.

Garm pani se nahain:

Garm pani se nahne se pait ki charbi kam hoti hai. Garm pani se nahne se pait mein gas bhi kam hoti hai.

Fast food se parhez karen:

Fast food mein calories zyada hoti hain jo pait ki charbi badhati hain. Is liye fast food se parhez karen.
